Suffolk County Legislator Peter O'Leary

At our March '04 general meeting, our guest speaker was  Suffolk County Legislator Peter O'Leary.    ~Thank you, Mr. O'Leary

Legislator O'Leary spoke of the need to  adjust the focus of the Montauk Highway Project to include burying electric service and ensuring sewer services for the Montauk Highway area, between Wm Floyd Pkwy and Forge River.  The sewer and electrical services will need to be provided for sooner or later.  Legislator O'Leary suggests it be done correctly before paving the roads, and  not to wait and then need to repave the roads again.

Legislator O'Leary confirmed that there will be 36 more policeman assigned to the 7th Precinct with this graduating class and that a Sub Station on Neighborhood Road will be opened.
