Program Outline ...Colonial is the only comprehensive human service organization in the area and provides formal individual, group and family counseling for youth and their family members, linkage with community agencies, information and referral, presentations, teen parent services, child care, summer day camp and family assistance for those in need of emergency services such as food, fuel, etc...
Child Care Programs ...School Age Child Care programs provide elementary school children with a safe, structured environment both before and after school hours.

THE AGENCY
Colonial's mission is to promote, establish and maintain a unified system of youth development and delinquency prevention services which assist youth in becoming productive, functional and fully integrated members of society. Through a coordinated community-school approach to the provision of direct and indirect youth services and advocacy efforts we work to ensure that appropriate services are made available to the greatest possible number of youth.Last year, Colonial provided:
